The offer and sale of products on our website sosarchivi.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The products purchased on sosarchivi.it are sold directly by SOS Archivi, with registered office in Italy, Viale Giuseppe Mazzini 11 – 00195 Rome

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/05, the customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract without loss and without having to give explanations.
To exercise this right, the customer must send SOS Archivi a communication within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: SOS Archivi, Viale Giuseppe Mazzini 11 00195 Rome.
The notice of withdrawal may be anticipated (always within the same term of 10 working days) also by e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter A.r. within 48 hours.
The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; if the original blister is damaged, we recommend replacing it or putting it all in a second box.
The purchased good must be sent to SOS Archivi within 10 working days from the notice of withdrawal. The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the consumer.
SOS Archivi is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. The return costs are charged to the customer.
Without prejudice to any expenses for partially damaged products returned, SOS Archivi will reimburse the consumer the full amount already paid, in the shortest possible time and in any case no later than 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the Credi Card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging and/or its contents), in the cases in SOS Archivi ascertain:
- Use, even partial, of the property and any accessory materials
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of product elements (any accessories integrated into the product)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, SOS Archivi will return the purchased good to the consumer, charging the shipping costs to the same. Customers who purchase with a VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
When the consumer proceeds to pay with Paypal, SOS Archives uses the SSL secure payment system. In fact, at the time of order confirmation, the consumer’s data will be transferred, via a secure connection in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, to the Paypal site for authorization and debit.
In no case, SOS Archivi will receive the details of the consumer’s PayPal account.
SOS Archivi will only receive the authorization provided by the PayPal. This procedure is absolutely safe and fully guarantees both the consumer and SOS Archivi.
The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can in any way read the information sent over the Internet. At no time during the purchase procedure, SOS Archivi is able to know the information relating to the consumer’s account, transmitted directly to the bank that manages the transaction.
