SOS Archivi and Università degli Studi Roma 3, establish that it is in the common interest of the two institutions to coordinate integrated forms of collaboration on the themes of safety, prevention and management of risks related to cultural heritage, on the didactic level (degree and postgraduate courses lauream), research, community awareness (so-called “third mission”) and joint participation in projects
cultural activities also proposed by third-party institutions, in full respect of mutual legal, management and activity autonomy.

Anai – Associazione Nazionale Archivistica Italiana

ANAI ed SOS Archivi, each within the scope of their competences and responsibilities, intend to promote collaboration in order to:

• encourage the development of the skills of the members in the field of prevention and management of emergencies that can endanger Cultural Heritage, in particular archival and book heritage, so widespread on the Italian territory;
• facilitate the provision of the aforementioned skills, in case of need, to the competent institutions to intervene at both local and national level, respecting the indications of the protection authorities and the correct relationship between the interventions of adequately paid professionals and those of volunteers in function supplementary;
• develop training initiatives aimed at updating the technical and professional knowledge of operators who may be involved in dealing with emergencies;
• establish a network of professionals at national level, stable and widespread, who make themselves available in case of emergency, calamity or critical situations;
• organize demonstration events and study initiatives on topics useful for the protection, enhancement and dissemination of cultural heritage, in particular archives and books.

Aned BC – Associazione Nazionale degli Esperti di Diagnostica e di Scienze e Tecnologie applicate ai Beni Culturali

ANED BC ed SOS Archivi, each within the scope of their competences and responsibilities, intend to promote collaboration in order to:

Nucleo di protezione civile – Comune di Lomazzo

SOS Archivi e il Nucleo di Lomazzo, each within the scope of their competences and responsibilities, intend to promote collaboration in order to:

•  promote the development of the skills of volunteers in the field of prevention and management of emergencies aimed at the recovery of Cultural Heritage;

• combine the purposes of the Lomazzo Nucleus with the needs of its enrolled volunteers, in anticipation of the usefulness of the aforementioned skills in case of need both locally and nationally;

• improve the training offer.
